Preparation

  • Heat 400ml of the milk in a large pan over a low heat.
  • Mix the cornflour with the remaining 100ml of milk and add it to the pan. Cook for a few minutes stirring constantly to make sure it doesn’t get burnt.
  • Add the mozzarella mixing it well to get an even consistency.
