I come from a background in psychology, but my journey as a marathon runner led me to yoga after experiencing knee and hip injuries. Falling in love with the practice, I became a certified yoga teacher and am passionate about helping others find strength, balance, and awareness through breath and movement. Originally from Switzerland, I’ve lived in 10 countries and now call Malta home, where I enjoy teaching in diverse settings. I studied Sports & Exercise Coaching in Malta, earned a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching degree in 2020, and a postgraduate diploma in Performance Nutrition. I'm now finishing my master's in Applied Nutrition.

Ognjen holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sport, specializing in kineziotherapy & postural disorders, and a Master's degree in Sports Medicine & Physiotherapy. He has worked with various sports clubs domestically and internationally, focusing on strength & conditioning, injury prevention, and treatment for athletes across disciplines. Additionally, he assists clients with skeletal-muscle disorders, utilizing modern modalities for prevention and recovery and developing customized exercise programs. Ognjen is dedicated to continuous professional development, attending seminars and courses in functional neurology, applied kinesiology, and movement assessment to ensure optimal health, performance, and recovery for his clients.

I have over 5 years of gym experience and along the years have come to learn that the key to making any form of exercise sustainable is finding what you enjoy and creating a community or finding someone you’re held accountable to. My goal is to inspire my clients to make exercise a joyful part of their daily lives. I’m a firm believer that anyone can look, and more importantly feel excellent once they incorporate exercise into their lives and focus on fueling their body with nutritious food.
