Preparation

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Add tomato sauce and mix until a stiff dough forms.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to about 3mm (⅛ inch) thick. Remove the top parchment paper and transfer the dough (with the bottom parchment) onto a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crisp.

Remove from the oven and slice into small cracker-sized pieces while still warm. Each serving consists of 4 crackers. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
