Preparation

1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2. If the edamame beans are in pods, rinse them under cold water and pat dry with a towel. If using shelled edamame, ensure they are thawed and drained.
3. In a bowl, toss the edamame with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon zest (optional).
4. Place the seasoned edamame in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
6. Once crispy, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before enjoying.
